Profile Description
I started working as a VA in 2017. I became an underwriter in a US based debt settlement company. I underwrite files coming from the sales department and make sure that each submissions complies with the program policies and guidelines. I also make sure that the required documents submitted are complete and legit.
In 2019 I started working remotely in a Real Estate US based company. Processing Loan application became my expertise. I dealt with commercial investment properties. Fix and Flip, Rental Properties, Construction Loans & Portfolio loans, I'm familiar will all of these.
I'm goal oriented, always making sure that I meet my deadlines. I'm very particular to details, efficient and well organized.
