Sales can be coming in consistently, but if the backend feels messy and the brand still doesn’t feel memorable, it’s usually because operations and creative are running in two different directions. That is the gap I step in to fix.

Most businesses try to solve this by hiring separately. One person to handle operations. Another to handle content. On paper it looks complete. In reality, it usually creates more disconnect. The store runs, but not smoothly. The brand posts, but nothing really lands. And growth starts feeling harder than it should.

I work differently because I cover both sides as one role, not two.

As an E-Commerce Operations Manager, I take control of the structure behind your store. Orders are processed properly, suppliers are managed without constant chasing, inventory is planned based on real movement, and fulfillment stays consistent even when volume increases. The goal is simple: nothing behind the scenes should feel reactive or uncertain.

As a Creative Lead, I make sure your brand actually earns attention and turns it into sales. I create product visuals, mockups, and content that make people understand your offer quickly. I write copy that feels natural but is built to convert. I build content direction based on how people actually buy, not just what looks active.

Both sides are connected in my work. Because if operations cannot support the creative, you lose ---------- ntum. And if the creative does not reflect the quality of the operations, you lose trust.

I built my experience handling both at the same time across B2B and custom product e-commerce businesses. From supplier negotiation and production control to content creation and campaign execution, I’ve worked on the full cycle, not just parts of it.
