Profile Description
As a Data Processing and Accounting Staff, I managed accurate data entry, validation, and reconciliation of financial and insurance records using Applied Epic. I processed Direct Bill and Agency Bill commissions, supported Personal Lines and Commercial Lines, and handled policy renewals, endorsements, and policy checking. I also processed insurance claims, including claim notification and submission, and issued Certificates of Insurance (COI). I generated reports, maintained data accuracy, and coordinated with carriers and internal teams while meeting strict deadlines.

• Generated reports, transaction summaries, and financial documentation
• Entered and managed data in Applied Epic and related systems
