Setup POS and Server.
Troubleshooting of sofware and hardware of POS and Server .
Setup Printer and how to shared it to other devices.
Setup Network such as IP Address, Domain, Gateway, and subnet mask .
Setup own network like MERAKI CISCO.
Formating Computer unit.
Installing application for work such as Microsoft office, Google, Adobe and ect.
Installing Database using SQL.
Physical cleaning of CPU and periperals.
Updating program for POS and Server.
Answering phone calls and chat of concern.
Attending ticketing system.
Troubleshooting of printer.
Basic troubleshooting in SQL.
Make sure that the PLU or the mastilefile of server is updated so that the price of
the product is updated.
Setup
device and application for
inventory such as PDT, Robinson’s terminal and
windows device manager.
Formating POS and downloading OS.
Imaging computer and POS using Clonezilla, Ghost and Acronis.
Asset inventory
Remoting server and POS using Anydesk,
Remote desktop connection and VNC.
Configuration of CISCO MERAKI.
