We are a fast-growing Houston-based real estate investment, Airbnb, and interior design company looking for a highly organized and proactive full-time Operations Coordinator to become a long-term part of our team.
This is NOT a simple task-based VA role. We are looking for someone who can help keep our business organized, moving efficiently, and operating smoothly behind the scenes.
You will be supporting:
Real estate operations
Airbnb operations
Interior design/project coordination
Investor deal sourcing and analysis
Administrative and customer support tasks
Responsibilities may include:
Airbnb guest communication and coordination
Order tracking and vendor follow-up
Quote and invoice management
Admin Assisting with design moodboards and sourcing
Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and bookkeepers
Organizing project and operational tasks
Finding and reviewing off-market real estate deals
Using AI tools to help analyze opportunities
Responding to influencer and partnership inquiries
General operations and administrative support
We are looking for someone who is:
Fluent in English
Spanish speaking preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive and resourceful
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving environment
Calm under pressure
A strong communicator
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly

Schedule:
Full-time
Monday–Friday
Houston business hours preferred
Must be comfortable handling occasional after-hours Airbnb guest issues when necessary
