The Role
We're looking for an experienced and reliable Creative Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of our content production process.
We provide detailed SOPs and full training for every task-specific tool and workflow you'll be working with — but we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running. What we need from you is solid, hands-on experience in a similar role, strong ownership over your workload, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
You'll be supporting our Creative Directors, Creative Strategist, and a team of 10 video editors — playing a key role in keeping our creative production running smoothly and efficiently.
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week). Work is largely asynchronous and flexible, but we do need at least a few hours of overlap with Central European working hours (CET) each day for team check-ins and coordination with creators.

What You'll Be Doing
AI Content Creation:
- Creating AI voiceovers from provided scripts using ElevenLabs following clear step-by-step instructions
- Creating AI avatar videos from provided scripts using MakeUGC and Higgsfield following clear step-by-step instructions
Creator Management:
- Researching and sourcing UGC content creators that fit our brand criteria
- Communicating and coordinating with content creators on behalf of the team
- Following up with creators on deliveries, deadlines, and revisions
- Reviewing creator deliveries against briefs and flagging or requesting revisions where needed
Team & Administrative Support:
- Supporting the Creative Directors and Strategist with simple day-to-day tasks
- Helping maintain organisation across our tools — Notion, Slack, Google Drive, etc.
- Assisting with administrative tasks within the creative production process
- Jumping in where needed to keep the creative workflow running smoothly

Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Creative Coordinator, or in a marketing/creative production role
- Proficient in English — used as the team's working language
- Reliable, highly organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable owning your own task list and priorities without close oversight
- Good communication and fast responsiveness
- Stable internet connection and a working computer suitable for daily video/content review
- Able to overlap a few hours daily with Central European (CET) working hours
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with ElevenLabs, MakeUGC, Higgsfield, Notion, or Slack
- Interest in social media advertising or content creation
