We are looking for a top-tier Full-time Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is critical to our organization, ensuring that our CEO can focus on strategic initiatives while you handle the essential day-to-day administrative tasks. This is not an entry-level position.

This is a high-pressure role; our growth means we’re constantly adapting and taking on new challenges, and this role needs to ensure the CEO’s time is maximized and tasks are handled efficiently. The right person will be able to create systems and processes to manage and streamline the administrative workload and keep up with the fast-paced environment. Being able to manage multiple projects at the same time and take ownership of the work is also essential.

This is a full-time, remote position, Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm CT (10pm - 7am PHT). Full availability during these working hours is essential, and very occasional after-hours work may be required from time to time.


Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the CEO’s emails and calendar efficiently, ensuring smooth scheduling and timely responses
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with various administrative and personal tasks to support the CEO's professional and personal life
- Ensure follow-up with prospective client leads via email and text on behalf of CEO, maintaining ongoing communication
- Arrange and book travel accommodation and manage travel logistics
- Plan and coordinate social activities and events
- Oversee project management tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion
- Attend and take notes during meetings, both internal and external, and follow up on action items
- Maintain and update the CRM system
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the CEO and the organization

Requirements:
- Proven work experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Consistently communicates in a clear, proactive, and thoughtful manner, ensuring clarity and follow-through in all interactions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Fearless drive and motivation
- Absolute team player
- Ability to work independently and produce quality output on time

Rate: $1200 - $1450/month (depending on experience)

What you need:
- Just like any job, you need to have the right tools to perform well. That being said, we need you to meet the following requirements to ensure success in this role:
- 1 main computer with at least core i5 processor
- A backup computer with at least core i3 processor
- Internet service provider with at least 10 mbps speed with no capping / data limit
- At least 5 mbps backup internet service
- An internet hub/cafe nearby that operates during your working hours
