Able to handle emails, calendar, priorities, and workflows like a boss
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, MS Teams, Dropbox, CRMs, etc.)
Proactive, resourceful, and one step ahead at all times
Loyal, discreet, and trustworthy – someone who truly becomes the “second brain” to the founder

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (Day-to-day):
Managing the founder’s calendar, meetings & follow-ups
Handling inbox, communications, and key client coordination
Preparing briefs, summaries, and task lists
Organising files, documents & systems
Taking initiative to improve processes and increase efficiency
Coordinating across multiple businesses and projects

REQUIREMENTS:
