We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, managing
-Take detailed notes during client calls and meetings; assist with invoicing and ensure timely processing using QuickBooks.
-Support business expansion efforts by coordinating outreach with potential clients and investors, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring follow-up.
-Handle the management and organization of contracts, documents, and records, utilizing QuickBooks and Google Sheets for efficient tracking and documentation.
-Assist with the recruitment process by managing the hiring pipeline, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
-Proficiency with QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and other office software.
Qualifications:
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
