JOB OVERVIEW

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Supporting our Operations Director with daily administrative tasks
-Managing email communications and calendar coordination
-Maintaining organized digital filing systems
-Following up on action items and deadlines
-Assisting with basic data entry and documentation
-Taking detailed notes during meetings and distributing summaries
-Helping with general office administration tasks

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
-2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant;
-C-suite experience is a huge plus
-Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
-Proactive communication style
-Experience with administrative support tasks
-Proficiency in collaboration tools (Slack, ClickUp, Google Drive)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
-Basic understanding of business operations
-Ability to follow processes and suggest improvements
-Comfortable working in a support role
-Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)

TECH REQUIREMENTS:
Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Schedule: 12am to 8am Philippine Time
