With hands-on experience in e-commerce bookkeeping, I am familiar with the complexity of the daily transactions entries to financial reporting. Being a reliable partner, I bring accurate accounting solutions ensuring that your books are not just records but a roadmap to your stability and growth. With hands-on experience on the following Ecommerce Platforms: (Shopify, Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and Etsy, most specifically to their financial reports) 

With hands-on experience of the following tasks 
-Handles and monitor transaction in QuickBooks Online Bank Feeds
-Processes purchase orders, and invoices, and monitor bills and expenses. 
-processes contractor's payments thru different online payment portals like Veem, Upwork, PayPal, Bank Transfers
-I can also create bank rules for those recurring transactions
-Create a necessary journal and adjusting entries-Monitors payout from different E-commerce Platforms 
-Monitors A/R aging and A/P aging-Conduct Quality Assurance checking for Balance Sheets and P&L, Prepares monthly reports.

I am a Tech-Savvy. These are the other Software and Tools I use every day.
Google Apps,  MS Office, Slack, Airtable, Asana, Notion, Veem, Anydesk, Triple Whale, Inventory Planner

I can also do other roles aside from accounting such as: Graphic designing for social media post, Content creation with the use of buyers journey, SEO Keywords and competitor research
