Profile Description

I am interested in exploring career opportunities in Customer Service and writing-related works. I am very flexible and have a zest for continuous learning and working. I have the ability to plan, schedule, and handle many different tasks at once. I had been a Customer Service Representative and a Market Researcher for more than 4 years. I experienced inbound and outbound calls. I handled billing and technical service. I enjoy talking to people and I know how to handle different kinds of attitudes. I possess good interpersonal and communication skills and I have good writing and speaking skills and I can manage to multitask effectively. I was very involved in my high school and college newspaper and am currently working as a freelance writer. I enjoy writing and I have been writing professionally since 2007. I write short stories and different kinds of articles. I graduated with the course of Bachelor of Arts in Literature. I am well-trained and have a lot of experience in writing and teaching. I experienced teaching toddlers, elementary students, high school students and also college students of different nationalities.
