I’m a versatile online professional with nearly four years’ experience supporting international clients (US, UK, AU). I began freelancing as a writer before joining an Australian BPO as a full-time Online Support Staff while completing my BSc in Psychology. My core skills include content writing and editing, quality assurance, data entry, email management, and ad hoc project work.

Content creation: Researched and wrote articles for US, UK, and Australian clients on diverse topics, with a strong focus on tone and audience fit.

Proofreading & editing: Performed quality checks and revisions to ensure clarity, grammar, and style consistency.

Data tasks: Managed data entry for website landing pages and completed dataset annotation and auditing to ensure quality and consistency.
