Profile Description

Most founders lose 10+ hours a week manually copying data between tools that were never designed to talk to each other. I fix that by engineering a clean three layer system using Google Sheets as your structured backend database, ---------- as the routing engine, and Notion as the client-facing frontend that your team uses.

My systems are built portfolio-grade with documented, tested end-to-end, and designed to run without me once handed off.

I work best with small sales teams, agencies, and founders who are scaling past the point where manual processes still make sense.

2. Notion workspace architecture (Multi-database systems, relational properties, custom dashboards, and team wikis built from scratch)
3. AI workflow integration (Prompt-engineered workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini embedded into existing data pipelines including for drafting, research extraction, or structured data output)
4. CRM integration & webhook architecture (Connecting CRM platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, or GHL to your Operational stack using webhool triggers and structured JSON payloads, so lead data flows automatically without manual syncing)

Workstyle: Async-first, chat heavy. Day-to-Day communication runs through Gmail, Slack, or Notion with written documentation for every system I build. Online meetings are available using Google Meet and Zoom when needed for onboarding, walkthroughs, or complex scoping, not as the default operating mode.
