Experience: 10+ years
• Collaborated with senior leadership to develop and implement employee’s retention strategies resulting in a reduction in attrition cost • Coordinate new employee, onboarding, facilitating orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. • Assisted in the development and rollout of the revised/ new policies and processes implemented • Provide HR and management trainings, counsel manager and associates on policy interpretation and application to ensure compliance • Assist managers in evaluating associate’s performance issues and provide direction to corrective actions • Successfully resolved complex employee relations issues • Support benefits administration, salary administration, relocation activities, perform analysis and reviews attrition report. • Serve as business partner leading change management projects, actively supporting discussions and transfer of best practices from various functions of the organization. • Proactively identify human capital solutions that will enhance bottom line results and prove employee related gross margin
