Junior Web Developer & IT Support Specialist (PHP, Laravel, Hardware Support)

My IT Support experience comes from my Supervised Industrial Training (SIT) at the Department of Liberal Arts, TUP-Cavite, where I acted as the primary technical support for the office staff. My main job was to minimize downtime, so I handled daily troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. I am proficient in computer assembly, reformatting, and system maintenance. I’ve successfully resolved critical issues like "blue screen" errors and printer malfunctions to keep office operations running smoothly. Because of my background in teaching, I am especially good at the "support" side of IT, I can explain technical problems to non-tech employees in simple English without confusing them. I am comfortable working under pressure and can quickly diagnose whether a problem is a hardware failure or a software glitch.

I have practical experience in full-stack web development, working with PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, and CSS. My background includes an internship at MPOtech Digital System, where I worked as a Junior Web Developer. In that role, I helped maintain their internal HRMS portal by fixing code errors and optimizing scripts, which improved the system's loading speed. I also handled database management to ensure employee records were accurate and accessible. Beyond my internship, I have built complete applications from scratch. For my thesis, I was the Lead Developer for a Web-Based Courseware System, where I handled everything from the backend logic to the user interface. I also created "Mangapan," a personal manga tracking prototype, and co-developed a Budget Tracker System for a TESDA requirement. Currently, I am further refining my frontend skills by teaching Web Design and CSS to Grade 9 students, which forces me to master the fundamentals so I can explain them clearly.
