My experience includes marketing rental properties through Zillow, TurboTenant, social media, and other online platforms, managing property listings, tracking and qualifying leads, maintaining CRM databases, conducting rental market research and comparable market analysis (comps), and developing lead generation strategies that increase property inquiries.

On the commercial real estate side, I've assisted with preparing property valuation packages, researching comparable sales, reviewing lease terms and rent schedules, creating offering memorandum, maintaining pricing and financial spreadsheets, and supporting investment sales teams using CoStar, Crexi, Dropbox, Excel, and Google Workspace.
