Profile Description

During my tenure at EY Philippines/SGV, I served as a Tax Accountant for more than two years, focusing primarily on handling our clients' Philippine Income Tax Returns for Individuals. My role encompassed a diverse array of responsibilities, including the preparation of tax calculations for individual taxpayers' Income Tax Returns (ITR), conducting tax briefings, calculating withholding tax on compensation, and preparing various mandatory contribution payment forms. Additionally, I was actively involved in the preparation of BIR Forms 1601-C, 1700, 2316, and 2306, as well as annualization preparation. I also played a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients, providing advisory services based on their requests, and ensuring effective communication regarding the work performed, as well as billing and invoicing.
Currently, I am adding to my skill set as an Accounting Assistant in a private company operating in the stock brokerage industry. In this role, I am responsible for filing corporate taxes, including EWT, VAT, FWT, and DST. Moreover, I am actively involved in assisting with the filing of individual income tax returns for the income of some of our consultants. Additionally, I handle a wide range of tasks, including Accounts Payable/Receivable, Data Entry/Record Keeping, Bank Reconciliation, Amortization/Depreciation, and Financial Reports.
