A Human Resource Practitioner with over Ten (10) years of progressive experience managing employee Compensation and Benefits, Employee/Labor Relation, Payroll Administration, Labor Standards compliance, employee hiring and on-boarding, performance evaluations and other HR Facets processes. Dependable and organized team player with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. Skilled at building relationships with employees across all levels of an organization. Encourages a good and harmonious working relationship and environment.

My experience as an HR were usually accompanied with administrative works. Able to coordinate and process Government compliance for the companies I worked with, managed the daily administrative tasks and plans for its continuous improvement.

Working as an HR for more than 10 years, I was able to learn ways how to effectively connect with the employees, considering that counselling plays one of the major tasks of an HR under the employee relation facet. These made me exercise my skills in connecting to the employees, understansing their emotions which helps me build the connection and able to use it in conducting the counselling.
