Profile Description

I’m a Shopify Supply Chain Manager with 3 years of ecommerce experience, currently managing order fulfillment, supplier coordination, inventory updates, refunds, and daily operations across multiple stores.

I help ecommerce businesses keep orders moving, resolve fulfillment issues quickly, and prevent delays from turning into cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or poor customer experiences.

My experience includes supporting Shopify stores serving customers in the US, UK, Australia, the Netherlands, and Germany.

Core Responsibilities
Monitor Shopify orders daily across multiple stores
Track fulfillment progress and identify delayed or high-risk orders
Resolve out-of-stock products, size issues, address problems, shipping delays, RTS orders, and orders stuck in “information received”
Communicate with suppliers daily and send structured issue lists
Follow up until pending issues are fully resolved
Coordinate replacements, reshipments, store credit, and refunds
Prioritize value recovery before issuing refunds when appropriate
Update out-of-stock products and unavailable variants
Maintain accurate SCM, refund, supplier, and order tracking sheets
Prepare daily reports covering resolved issues, pending cases, and operational risks

I work with a strong ownership mindset. I do not simply report problems—I investigate them, coordinate the required solution, follow up consistently, and ensure each issue reaches a clear resolution.
