Profile Description
I have a 13 year background in Real Estate administrative work. I can manage different kinds of MLS systems in the US. Input listing datas, disclosure and other attachments as well as photos, videos and floorplan to the MLS systems. I have the knowledge in handling and computing commission of agents that is submitted to the company broker for the agent's commission. I can assist with any transaction coordination follow ups and managing important dates that are crucial to the closing of listings. I compile all necessary documents for each listing and transactions making sure all are executed for compliance purposes. I can navagate county appraiser sites where we will be able to find and gather property owners' contact info, permitting and tax info for a particular property. I also use Canva for creating social media postings, flyers and some marketing materials. With my past work, I have a very keen eye for details and ensure all my daily tasks are complete.
