Skilled in full-stack web development using PHP (CodeIgniter 4), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL, with experience in building and maintaining web-based solutions.

In addition to my IT background, I have 1 year and 5 months of experience as a Virtual Assistant – Data Processing Representative in the insurance industry, providing administrative and operational support such as Certificates of Insurance (COI), applications, quoting, data entry, policy support, and document management for both personal and commercial lines. Proficient in AMS 360, Applied Epic, PL Rater, and productivity tools including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Known for strong attention to detail, accuracy, and system-based workflow management.
