Even though I'm a Registered Nurse I entered a different field to sustain the needs of my kids.My objective is to complete client satisfaction and find a job that will enable me to improve my skills,customer service orientation and technical troubleshooting capabilities. I've been working on this field for over 5 years now with voice both technical/customer service and sales support. I've also worked as Quality Assurance Specialist and engaged with coaching agents and evaluating calls to make sure we provide world class customer service to all clients.I can be an effective contractor and gets job well done.I have skills with MS Office applications, telephone etiquette, email and chat support as well as data entry. I have also worked as a Human Resource and QA Support for a Canadian-based company for almost two yeasrs where I started to be as a sales agent..Been in the BPO Industry for over five years and now venturing on a different phase is very much exciting for me. I've handled CSR,Tech and Sales.
I am fully expert in web research, extracting email, data mining, Google, Bing, Yahoo, MS Office (Full), Google Docs, Google Document, Google Spreadsheet, B2B Marketing, Lead Generation, Directory and other related programs.
