My background spans two agency placements: Cyberbacker with Keller Williams Realty and Stellar Staff with Someday Realty and Property Management which gives me hands-on experience with the tools and workflows that US real estate teams actually use: KW Command, Follow Up Boss, Buildium, DocuSign, States MLS, MailChimp, Canva, WordPress, and Google Workspace.

On the transaction coordination side, I've handled document compliance, commission tracking and listings management. On the property management side, I've managed tenant communications, maintenance workflows, and reporting through Buildium. I also build and manage social media presence for agents such as content creation, scheduling, email newsletters, Facebook Ads, and SEO.

Beyond VA work, I hold an Accreditation as a Real Estate Salesperson, which means I understand the full transaction lifecycle from the agent's perspective, not just the admin side of it.
