I can do expanded withholding tax and value added tax with provided data. eg; sales and purchases. I can also do alphalist and relief purchases/sales quarterly. I can also pay it thru online (BIR EFPS) provided by login details. All of these tasks must first be approved by my accounting manager.

We're just using the old style, excel type of accounting payroll. It has formula so you just type how many regular daily hour rate, ot, night diff.,working day off, legal and special holidays.

I experienced to count all of the items in one store. Write the quantity per items. After that, you will gather more data, like deliveries from commissary to that particular store, how many items transfer to other stores, spoiled items. Get the sales from POS from what period you want to compute to show if whether over or short from the items sold.
