I was an accounting officer for more than 2 years. For now, I'm a stay at home mom, but I'm willing to work by doing part time job for 3-4 hours only. As of my experience as an accounting officer, specifically I was in accounts payables. My job allows me to prepare daily check and journal vouchering for the company's suppliers and other payables.
I know how to compute Expanded Withholding Tax & Value Added Tax and pay it thru BIR online (EFPS) and I can do the alphalist and relief purchases/sales every quarterly. I know how to pay Philhealth using Egov bancnet online. I have knowledge also in payroll and inventory of supplies/deliveries.

We're just using the old style, excel type of accounting payroll. It has formula so you just type how many regular daily hour rate, ot, night diff.,working day off, legal and special holidays.

I experienced to count all of the items in one store. Write the quantity per items. After that, you will gather more data, like deliveries from commissary to that particular store, how many items transfer to other stores, spoiled items. Get the sales from POS from what period you want to compute to show if whether over or short from the items sold.
