I specialize in quoting Personal Lines insurance and have experience handling Commercial Lines policies, including Commercial Auto, Builders Risk, and General Liability. I am proficient in using EZLynx and can quote directly through multiple carrier portals.

In addition to quoting, I have experience communicating with clients regarding policy servicing, coordinating with underwriting teams, and working with claims adjusters to address policy-related concerns. I am also capable of making outbound calls to set appointments and follow up on leads.
