I am an E-commerce Finance Manager with a Master’s degree in Business Management, a Certified Xero Advisor, and a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.

I help growing e-commerce businesses improve cash flow visibility, financial reporting, and payment planning. My focus is not just keeping records organized, but helping business owners understand what is happening with their cash, why cash gets tight, and what decisions can help the business stay financially stable while growing.

I understand that in e-commerce, profit and cash are not the same. Sales may look strong, but cash can still become tight because of payout delays, ad spend, inventory purchases, supplier payments, loans, and fulfillment costs.

   - Track how Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other sales channels affect cash flow
   - Monitor payout timing so sales are not confused with available cash
   - Organize platform fees, merchant fees, refunds, discounts, ad spend, and operating expenses
   - Support cash planning for inventory purchases, 3PL costs, and fulfillment expenses
   - Help connect sales, expenses, inventory, and cash movement into one clear financial view

Financial Reporting & Business Insights
   - Prepare and review Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports
   - Analyze revenue, COGS, gross profit, expenses, and net profit trends
   - Compare month-to-month performance
   - Highlight key risks, unusual changes, and improvement areas
   - Translate financial reports into simple recommendations for business owners

Budget Tracking & Expense Control
   - Track actual spending against expected budget
   - Monitor major cost areas such as ads, software, contractors, fulfillment, and inventory-related payments
   - Identify expenses that may put pressure on cash flow
   - Help owners understand which payments should be prioritized

Inventory & COGS Support
   - Support inventory-related finance tracking for e-commerce businesses
   - Help separate inventory purchases from fulfillment and operating expenses
   - Support COGS tracking based on available sales, supplier, and cost data
   - Assist with supplier invoice review, freight-in review, and landed cost organization
   - Help show how inventory purchases affect cash flow and profitability

QBO & Xero Financial Systems Support
   - Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online or Xero
   - Review account coding, reconciliations, clearing accounts, and balance sheet accounts
   - Support financial cleanup when reports are unclear or unreliable
   - Help organize the accounting system so reports can be used for management decisions
