I have five years of cumulative work experience. I graduated in the year 2018 and started my first job as a Project Secretary of a Substation and Transmission Line Project of Hefty Power Systems Corporation at Balo-i, Lanao del Norte, wherein I performed tasks such as payroll management, liquidation, statement of accounts, bookkeeping, transmittal of Documents, billings, salary release, and human resource. Upon completing the project, I was absorbed by the company's Head Office in Quezon City, Metro Manila, working full time directly to the President of Hefty Power Systems Corporation as Executive Secretary. My daily assignments include drafting correspondence,
travel arrangements, minutes of meetings, company utility vehicle and heavy equipment reports, assisting payroll, and company presentations. 2021, I resigned and returned home for personal reasons. After a few months, I was hired as a full-time Pharmacy Assistant at the leading and prestigious pharmacy in the Philippines, Mercury Drug Corporation. I functioned well in retail sales, customer service, and pharmacy counselling. My tasks also revolved around medicine dispensing, order processing, receiving stocks, inventories, medicine expiry date checking, and providing lists of out-of-stock and fast-moving medicines in preparation for stock re-ordering.
Throughout my five years of experience, I have gained various skills in different job titles, which I foresee I can apply in real-time in my Virtual Assistant career.
