I have good ideas when it comes to creating social media content, based on my experience. I enjoy doing it and have learned a lot along the way. Recently completed a self-paced Amazon Virtual Assistant training program and transitioned into hands-on freelancing. Successfully secured my first Amazon client for a 1-month contract as an Amazon Product Copywriter, creating optimized and conversion-driven listings. Trained in product research, keyword research, and listing creation with a strong focus on strategic keyword placement and structured research.

Familiar with Customer Support, Sales Support, and Lead Generation tasks through my training in a Virtual Assistant masterclass, where I gained foundational knowledge and practical insights into supporting business operations and client engagement.

Experienced in administrative tasks within a corporate setting, including document handling, scheduling, and customer support. Previously served as a front desk officer in a hotel, demonstrating strong communication, multitasking, and guest service skills.

Basic Canva editing skills with a creative eye for design. I enjoy using Canva in my free time to create visual content, which has helped me become familiar with templates, layout, and simple design tools.
