•Generate reports from Tableau and come up with fraud analysis report from the trends of recent user account creations for possible abuse of marketing tactics such as bonuses and rebates.
• Conduct in-depth reviews on certain VIP members to determine a supportable margin of loss and
mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to relay specific technical requirements and
help develop tools on behalf of the Gameplay Sportsbook Team.
• Develop tools to aid gameplay agents’ productivity using Microsoft Visual Basic.
• Perform data scraping on both internal and third-party web-applications to gather information for future reports and visualization.
