Profile Description

I was an OFW in Dubai for over 7 years and was offered a remote position here in the Philippines when I resigned from my previous employer in 2020. I worked remotely and independently until March 2024.
In my recent role, I have been responsible for generating accurate and timely invoices in alignment with client contracts. This includes reviewing and rectifying invoice errors to maintain regulatory compliance and submitting monthly invoicing reports promptly to the General Manager. I also coordinate with the Finance Department for budget management and revenue estimation, ensuring compliance with new and existing project contract invoicing clauses. Additionally, I oversee rate accuracy, report unauthorized revenue reversals, manage contract inflation, and collaborate on contested inflation or rate increase appeals with the sales department.
As a Netsuite Administrator, I provide assistance to the Billing Team by utilizing Netsuite functionalities to streamline billing processes, ensure billing accuracy, and resolve any billing-related issues efficiently. This involves tasks such as assisting with accounting requirements like journals, reporting, and chart of accounts (COA) reviews. I manage email templates for communication with customers, oversee rates and charges related to customer billing, handle tax reporting and accounting periods, and manage employee roles within the organization. I also prepare and send monthly balance sheets, bank reconciliations, and receivables reports to clients, handle the preparation and dispatch of cooling bills via NetSuite, maintain NetSuite databases for clients, customers, and projects, and initiate fund transfers from the company's bank account to clients' or customers' bank accounts.
