Profile Description

I am currently a Operations Supervisor in Asurion and handling team and lead them to success. I am responsible of managing our stats, KPI and performance. I use my skills to coach and provide feedback to people in order to guide them to be successful. In my journey, I was able to develop individuals and help them grow in their career. 

I am also a graduate of Information Technology and have a passion for support and multimedia. I have a big interest in graphic designs, video editing and visuals. As a practical move, I open myself to being a Customer/Technical Support/ Service Desk which helps me develop additional skills to another field but based on my profile, sooner, I still go back and engage in creative side during my stay in each company. I am accommodating other task outside corporate role which people told me about exploring freelance work. I would like to go back to my passion, and I am seeing this platform as a great opportunity for me to continue, enjoy and earn from the things that I love.
