Perform dutis as an Accounting Manager below:
• Preparation of Annual Operating Plan and Short Term Forecast (Budget)• Preparation of monthly Financial Statements (FS)• Monthly analysis of FS actual vs budget vs previous result.• Preparation of subsidiary report for FS analysis• Preparation of Monthly Risk Control Management report• Preparation of confidential payroll• Manages the day to day activity of the Accounting section.• Review of vouchers and supporting documents prior to release of payment and recording in the books.• Review of Daily Cash Flow report • Prepares Monthly Cash Flow Projection• Responsible for the preparation of financial statements of affiliated landholding company• Leads in the conduct of Annual Fixed Asset Physical inventory activity• Prepares the company's income taxes report and attend to matters such as BIR assessments/disputes.• Ensures compliance with BIR, SEC and PEZA• In charged of the completion of various audit requirements for submission to Internal Auditor and External Auditor
