I've worked in customer support for seven months, managing a US Healthcare ---------- nior citizens who call me are seeking information about their plans, where they can locate and schedule appointments with doctors, which hospitals are close, and where they can purchase medical equipment. The processing and monitoring of their over-the-counter orders fell within my area of responsibility as well.
