I prepare Real Estate documents for Listing, Purchase and Lease both representing the landlord and/or tenants. I also input information for listing in MLS from Incomplete phase to Active, OP or Pending up to Closing.
Prior to working home-based, I have experience as a WFM Resource Planning Specialist where I consolidate reports from various point of contact persons and maintain files for data banking. Creating long and short term forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling. Along with that, I analyze data sent from person in charge and provide recommendation to red flag accounts. Also, with my other jobs experience as customer/technical support representative, it has sharpened my ability to deal with different types people in a fast paced environment and has exposed me to using different tools and strategies to make working faster and easier.
