Recently, I managed social media for a client in the food pickup space I built their content plan, created the graphics in Canva, and ran their Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. I like getting into a brand's voice first so the content feels like them, not just random posts. I've also built a working AI system in GoHighLevel where a chatbot books, cancels, and reschedules appointments and updates the CRM automatically.
