Worked with a telephone company for 17 years availed of the early redundancy program, started as a national long distance telephone operator then eventually as an international long distance operator then transitioned to telephone / internet repair dispatch so to sum it up, it has always been a passion being in the customer service world. I managed to have a small store then after 2 years, tried realty then got back to where I love the most, being a customer service representative because I know that it is my passion to be of service to client's and to the business owners as well.
