I love talking to people and communicating with them. I am therefore confident in my ability to make appointments.
I completed my first BPO at 724 Care Inc., which integrated incoming sales calls with customer assistance. People were provided information about our insurance services, and if they were interested, I scheduled appointments for them. I stayed there for seven months.
My second BPO was held at Teleperformance. I was a customer service representative for a travel account. I addressed our customer's billing and complaint concerns as well as their questions. Nevertheless, it was abandoned throughout the pandemic. I was moved to another account which was a home security. I gave our customer's the solutions to their billing and service issues. I also provide them with the products we sell so they can improve the security and safety of their home. I stayed there for 8 years.
I stopped working in the BPO because I wanted to become a freelancer.
Therefore, my first virtual assistant job involved cold calling property sellers. To find out if they are interested in selling their house, I am contacting area property owners. The three pillars of real estate that I must acquire are the property's state, timing, and asking price.
