I used dialers like Readymode and DialedIn, followed scripts, handled objections, and set appointments. I also have experience in customer service, sales, and technical support from my time in the BPO industry. These roles helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

Worked in both account services and tech support — talking to customers, answering concerns, resolving issues, and staying calm under pressure. This built my: communication skills patience accuracy ability to follow processes

I managed my own small printing business, handled clients, edited designs using Canva, processed orders, and managed the FB page. This experience taught me: customer handling design skills time management problem-solving when things get hectic
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I worked as A Social Media Manager for almost 3 years on my own small business. I do handmade hair bows, I also did the photography and posted it on Social Media to gain buyer's as well as followres. I also sell thrifted clothes for more that a year I also did the photography, posting and responding to comments, and messages. I also manage the shipping and stuffs and building relationships with our customers. As a hands-on manager, I am passionate about cultivating a strong online presence that reflects the essence of our small business, fosters customer loyalty, and contributes to our growth in the digital landscape.
Experience: Less than 6 months
This role made me sharpen my VA skills even more. I handled: outbound messaging on Instagram tracking leads monitoring KPIs showing initiative to turn leads into actual booked calls I can work independently, learn fast, and I don’t wait to be told the same thing twice.
