I have handle various bank accounts local and international and reconcile them by different types of payments. Prepared and reviewed monthly account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts, including bank, vendor, and intercompany accounts. *Utilized ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ZOHO, QuickBooks, FIS) for automated reconciliation and reporting. *Prepared and reviewed monthly account reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts including bank, vendor, payroll, and intercompany transaction. *Assisted with audit preparations by providing accurate reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation.

I worked as an internal auditor in a gas station, where we audited the sales and the products as well. Conducted internal audit procedures, including testing internal controls, verifying financial data, and identifying process inefficiencies. Preparing audit reports and recommendations to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency.

I am currently working on assisting the team for the budget vs. actual variance analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions. Developing and maintaining financial forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow to support strategic planning.

I am responsible for managing and reviewing the company’s bank statements and categorizing all payments, including salaries, insurance, auto and machine leasing, income tax, VAT, business permits, government fees, factoring, and loan interest. Each week, I prepare the Actual Cash Flow Report and perform a detailed analysis of expenses to identify major cost areas. Based on this review, I provide insights and recommendations to support budget planning and allocation for upcoming periods.

I worked for one of the largest real estate companies in the Philippines, where I gained extensive experience in Accounts Receivable management. I was responsible for handling both main and subsidiary company receivables, ensuring all client payments were accurately recorded and monitored. My duties included verifying receipts, due dates, and payment amounts, as well as overseeing automated debit transactions for clients. I also verified issued check payments, ensuring they were cleared and identifying any bounced or returned checks for proper follow-up and resolution.

I’ve completed QuickBooks tutorial training and continue to build my expertise in accounting systems. I actively stay updated on system enhancements and changes in accounting standards to maintain efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

As part of the automotive industry, our company operates subsidiaries across Asia, America, Mexico, and Europe. I manage the foreign exchange portfolio and prepare monthly reports for management. Additionally, I monitor economic and financial news, interest rate changes, and geopolitical events that impact currency markets, and conduct foreign exchange market analysis to identify trading opportunities using both technical and fundamental indicators.
