I worked as a Recruitment Coordinator for iQor Philippines. I have experienced countless challenges which tested my skill as part of talent acquisition and handled all of the difficulties with ease. -Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company -Contact potential clients via cold calling and properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments -Use Microsoft Office suite and other platforms to manage various aspects of the job -Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role -Research potential clients and generate leads -Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the sales team as well as maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients

I had been streaming before and I have experienced many hurdles in my streaming career. Making sure that your content would attract new and loyal watchers for them to enjoy and support your channel. Creating various ideas and making them happen is the number one challenge as a streamer as it involves uniqueness of your content and how appealing it is to your target market.

I have experienced streaming before on Twitch.tv and Facebook. I have experience for editing videos that I would be posting on my personal youtube account. given into consideration the target market you are chose and how would you deliver your video and for it to be catchy on first glance.

I worked as a Customer Service Representative for SITEL Philippines. There, I have learned how empathy goes a long way.
