As part of my content planning, I always prepare a clear guide for each shoot. This includes the script, sample edits, and suggested captions to help the team stay organized and work smoothly before the shoot starts. I also make sure to remind the staff in advance, especially the coaches who will appear in our weekly educational content, so they are ready to be in front of the camera. I have followed this process with all the clients and companies I’ve worked with since I began my role in social media.

When working with freelance or in-house graphic artists, I make sure everything looks clean and properly aligned from the fonts to the overall design. I also create a simple guide using Google Slides to show what headline, footer, and layout to use for each promotion or marketing material. I always make sure the team has a clear and easy workflow (unless the company already provides one) this helps everything go smoothly before the team submit the final work to the client and post it online.
