Profile Description

I am a Senior Loan Processor and Loan Officer Assistant with 9+ years of experience supporting U.S. mortgage and commercial lending, specializing in DSCR, Non-QM, Hard Money, Bridge, and Conventional loans.


I manage loans end-to-end from application to Clear-to-Close (CTC), with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and compliance. I work closely with Loan Officers, brokers, and lenders to streamline workflows, improve file quality, and ensure smooth and timely closings.

My expertise includes DSCR analysis, credit review, bank statement analysis, and income calculation using W2, 1040, 1120S, Schedule C, Schedule E, and K-1 documents. I also review entity and LLC documentation including Articles of Organization, Operating Agreements, EIN, and Certificates of Good Standing.

I have extensive experience reviewing key loan documents such as Lease Agreements, HUD or Settlement Statements, Scope of Work, Title, Appraisal, and Hazard and Flood Insurance.

I regularly work with investor and lender platforms including UWM, BPL, Velocity, CV3, HomeXpress, Deephaven, and Central Lending. I am proficient in Arive, LendingPad, Encompass, Floify, Blend, BytePro, CoreLogic, and DU and LP systems.

I bring an underwriter mindset to every file by proactively identifying risks, minimizing conditions, and ensuring compliance with agency and Non-QM guidelines including TRID and RESPA.
