I have previously worked as an appointment setter for a dental clinic based in the United States, i called leads that might turned into clients, i do inbound and outbound calls, i usually called all the leads on my list and offered them free dental consultation, and send them email reminders and text for their upcoming schedule, once they're done, I call them again to ask how was the consultation went and offer them to proceed with the next steps and that is availing our products such as braces, veneers and clear aligners.
