I am a Civil Engineer and Quantity Surveyor with over 6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Construction Estimating, QA/QC, and Project Management. Having worked directly on construction sites and project execution, I understand how materials are actually built, installed, and measured—not just how they appear on drawings.

My experience and proficiency in using estimating software like PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu allows me to produce practical, reliable, well-organized quantity takeoff, and accurate cost estimates that my clients can confidently use for tendering, budgeting, procurement, and project planning process.
