-Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss (P&L) statements, analyzing financial performance and providing insights to management.
-Entering charges for tenants, receiving payments, depositing payments into the bank accounts, inputting vendor bills to the correct property, posting and collecting management fees and management income accounts, and recording owner contributions and checks
-Creating and sending owner statements, cashflow, and rent roll reports to property owners.
