I am a Virtual Bookkeeper driven by the chance to help business owners make strategic decisions through accurate and timely financial reporting. Using Quickbooks Online and other tools, some tasks I usually perform are:

- Categorizing and recording daily expenses
- Manually entering transactions that do not automatically sync.
- Ensuring accurate entry and tracking of all Payables and Receivables
- Conduct regular reconciliations of Bank Accounts, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments
- Managing payroll using the Gusto system
- Setting up and managing recurring transactions of invoices and sales receipts including automatic follow-ups
- Performing budget preparation, analysis, and reporting.

I am also a Digital Marketing Assistant who passionately helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses by maximizing profits via Advertising, SEO, and Social Media marketing. I assist on:

- Setting up Ad accounts, launching & tracking PPC campaigns on FB/IG, Google, LinkedIn, Tiktok.
- Creating compelling ad creatives (copy, images, videos).
- Creating and configuring social media accounts and posting and scheduling content.
- Executing SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Local)
- Implementing lead generation strategies
