During the business simulation from my senior high school years, I gained a hands-on experience in sales support, enhancing customer satisfaction, and analyzing market trends. The role involved preparing sales presentations, coordinating with departments, and managing customer inquiries. Additionally, the simulation improved communication, collaboration, and detail-oriented skills, enhancing understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management.

I was responsible for formulating the costing and pricing of the product, and budgeting for the daily operations of the business

During my senior high school years, I gained valuable experience in basic accounting through dedicated coursework and practical application. I learned fundamental accounting principles such as journal entries, ledgers, trial balances, and the preparation of financial statements. My hands-on experience included maintaining accurate financial records, tracking transactions, and analyzing financial data to provide meaningful insights.

I formulated the financial forecasts of the business that my team established during the business simulation that we conducted in our Senior High School years. I formulated the financial forecast by considering factors like revenue projections based on the sales volume of the business every day, pricing, and seasonality, as well as the expenses for the ingredients, supplies, labor, rent, and utilities used. Additionally, factors in the market trends, competition, and potential expansion plans are also put into consideration.
