I am passionate about helping. I have learned most of the skills that I possess mainly because I want to render great service to my clients. I believe that you can learn something when you put in the right mindset. Talent is a plus, but attitude sustains it all.
I am a former corporate employee and a project engineer. I was assigned to handle high-ticket projects for an international food manufacturing company. Some projects require a completely new line for a new product (which means you have to design the line from production to packaging specifically for that product). From planning, setting our goals and timeline, procuring, and commissioning to turnover of the line we did all that. Some projects don't have enough budget and oftentimes, we are asked to get creative and to make do with what we have. This taught me to be resilient and developed my resourcefulness.
Later in my career, when I left my 9-5, I helped my sister establish her small bistro in the local. I did most of the SMM & graphics for our content. I also know my way around the kitchen so I helped her with the recipe creation and creating standards and SOPs for our employees. We documented everything and created processes and systems for a more efficient workplace. Aside from that, I do the costing, price updates, staff training, human resources, and customer relations as well as marketing to secure a steady flow of sales. I am also able to handle multiple types of personalities (our employees and various customers) through this small business that we have.
On the side, I hustle as a freelancer doing data entry jobs, transcription, admin VA tasks, writing gigs, and a bit of baking (something recreational and therapeutic thing I do to break the ice). A girl needs something to support her dreams, right?
In any case, if you would require me to learn a specific program or task for this job, I am confident that I am highly and easily trainable. I am the type of person who gets super bothered when I don't do a task well. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person who requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
