Daily Tasks:
-Cold calling to generate leads from potential clients
-Determining what type of lead like Hot, Warm and Cold lead
-Gathering information (Condition, Price, Timeframe, Motivation)
-Asking prequalifying questions (#of beds and baths, Updates on kitchen, baths, roof, floorings, windows, etc.)
-Admin tasks
-Updating leads on CRM
-Setting up appointments for the investor and realtors to check the property
-Skip tracing
What I do as a Real Estate Cold Caller is, I do outbound calls trying to reach home owners and asks them if they are interested in selling their properties. If they are interested, I will ask questions, especially the 4 most important parts which are the Condition, Asking Price, Timeframe and if they are really motivated to sell their properties. I always mentioned the benefit of working or dealing with an investor or a cash buyer and how it will be easier for them to receive their cash offers. Every "lead" is measured as Cold, Warm or Hot, based on the directives given to us by the Clients.
